Southern Charm in the Mountains, A Stanley Hotel Wedding

Sage and Jed brought their southern charm to Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, gracing the historic Stanley Hotel with tea-stained table runners, a grandmother’s love story lace linen, and a rodeo guestbook. The talented team from All Digital Studios captured this stylish day.
Just days before flying to Colorado, Sage visited Russian seamstress Nadia Goodwin at Prestige Couture for a final dress fitting, only to discover that the custom dress was not at all what she had envisioned. Nadia redesigned the entire skirt to perfection and completed it within hours of departure.
In a scene fitting for a “Gone with the Wind” movie cover, Sage and Jed exchanged vows under a view of Long’s Peak mountain. Jed’s cowboy hat and a grove of evergreen trees sheltered the couple from hearty gusts of wind as dramatic cracks of thunder punctuated their heartfelt ceremony, led by Matt Raynak of Rocky Mountain Wedding Services.
Sage’s mom, Tara, had collected lace table runners and gave them an antiqued appearance by soaking them in tea in her bathtub. The soft ivory folds complimented mercury glass votives and elegant candelabras, accented in coral flowers and greenery down stately king’s tables. Each place card was hand-written on intricate rose cut-outs and displayed on the rims of champagne glasses, a sweet and personal welcome in the intimate library setting. Next to a cozy fireplace, guests signed their names and best wishes around rodeo pictures in a Frontier Days coffee table book. An exquisitely detailed cake made by Colorado Rose Cake Company was displayed atop Sage’s grandmother’s lace linen, a family heirloom with ties to their love story heritage.
A beautiful rainbow appeared in the window behind Sage & Jed during their leisurely three course dinner. Enthusiastic fireside dancing and contemplative moments on the patio under a starlit sky ended the evening but the celebration continued as many guests joined Sage & Jed and their families in Wyoming for a week of Frontier Days rodeo fun.
Sage’s gorgeous dress later rejoined seamstress Nadia to be featured in a Russian fashion show in Orlando!
It was such an honor and pleasure to work with this gracious stylish couple!
