Winter weddings have a flair of adventure and beauty unique to the season and when you bring an adorable kind-hearted couple from Connecticut to the mountains for a winter wedding at Devil’s Thumb Ranch, well, it becomes a little magical.  Milestone Imaging was a pleasure to work with and they’ve captured the sweetest moments beautifully.

Lucy designed her lovely wedding with some supportive input from Vinny and we were privileged to help pull everything together with day-of coordination.  A soft palette of blue and green complimented the natural setting and softened the hand-hewn beam interior of Broad Axe Barn.  Pops of anemone added a little dramatic flair in lovely arrangements from Somerset Floral Design while birch-wrapped vases, tree slices, and cute birch table name holders added an outdoor mountain element to guest tables.  Sprigs of evergreen submerged in elegant vases of water were topped with floating candles on the impressive king’s table and the look was a perfect combination of winter forest and cozy romance.

Elite DJ completed the experience with their expert music mixing.  Family and friends had traveled from around the country to celebrate with Lucy & Vinny and they celebrated well in the unforgettable winter mountain setting.
