Mountain Ranch Meets Urban Museum, Colorado Wedding Weekend
Amy and Scott are a truly beautiful couple, inside and out. We had the pleasure of coordinating their wedding experience which included a horse-drawn wagon ride (with a few umbrellas) to a stunning mountain meadow ceremony at Devil’s Thumb Ranch followed by an intimate family dinner in an Italian styled wine grotto. On Day 2, the vibe changed to Colorado urban as family and friends gathered in Denver at the History Colorado Museum for a party celebration. Guests enjoyed private access to the “Toys of the 50’s, 60’s, and 70’s” exhibit during cocktail hour and the fourth floor patio offered downtown city skyline views while music from Elite DJ kept the dance floor lively all evening. Statice Floral created custom terrarium style centerpieces, incorporating succulents, moss, tree slices, and pops of mango roses for an earthy Colorado look. A delicious assortment of mini pies from Shamane’s Bake Shoppe displayed on tree trunks were labeled with little wooden signposts crafted by the groom. Daylene Wilson did a phenomenal job of capturing the graceful style both days and it’s a treat to relive the moments of this kind-hearted couple and their wonderful families.
