While Red Rocks is best known for exciting concerts under glowing sunsets on balmy summer nights, this inspiring Colorado landmark is also an inspiring wedding backdrop, especially framed in the windows The Chapel at Red Rocks where Vanessa and Jason said “I do”. The striking blue color of a cloudless sky accented the day in chic bridesmaid dresses, bachelor button boutonnieres, and a sweet gem on the bottom of Vanessa’s David Tutera heels. Lovely bouquets from Ladybird Poppy combined the elegance of roses and ranunculus with loose textures, had a freshly picked wild beauty.

A foothills reception at Christies of Genesee boasted sweeping views of Denver and charming details, captured in all loveliness by Rachel Olsen Photography. Adorable rabbits topped an elegant Das Meyer cake draped in pearl beading, a nod to the Vanessa’s stunning necklace. Wooden birds proclaiming “we do” flanked a birch vase etched with a heart around Vanessa & Jason’s names. Strands of silver circles adorned the cake table among lavender rose petals.

Vanessa & Jason, as your friend and colleague, it was such a special honor to be part of your day.  I’m truly thrilled to see you so happy and so in love and I wish you both the very best together!
